Job summary

Employer.com is seeking an experienced technical recruiter to build teams for Sales Engineering and Solutions Engineering roles. You will lead end-to-end recruiting, source passive candidates through LinkedIn and other channels, and assess candidates for technical depth and customer-facing abilities.

You will partner with hiring managers and sales leaders to calibrate interview loops, manage feedback, and maintain a strong, fast-moving pipeline in the ATS.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting, including hiring Sales Engineers, Solutions Engineers, or other technical pre-sales roles.
• Background in technical recruiting for GTM/sales hiring, or the reverse.
• Comfort with SaaS, APIs, integrations and cloud technology to assess candidates.
• Experience at a SaaS or tech company, or an agency serving one.
• Strong sourcing skills and comfort with a high-volume, fast-moving search.
• Nice to have experience with an ATS like Greenhouse or similar.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for Sales Engineering and Solutions Engineering roles, from intake to offer.
• Source passive candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, and craft outreach that yields responses from technical candidates.
• Screen for technical depth and customer-facing skills.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and sales leaders on calibration, interview loops and feedback.
• Keep the pipeline moving in the ATS and report progress weekly.
