Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience across software, hardware, or product management.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and close top talent.
• Strong collaboration with engineering and product leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across Autonomous Vehicles, Transportation, Engineering, and Product Management.
• Build specialized talent pipelines for robotics, AI, and mobility domains.
• Partner with hiring leaders to scope roles and align hiring goals in SF.
• Ensure a high-touch candidate experience reflecting our culture.
• Analyze data to optimize search strategies and time-to-hire.
