Atoms is building the machines that power the next era of progress. This role is based in our San Francisco office, driving end-to-end technical recruiting across autonomous vehicles, robotics, and mobility teams.

You will proactively source candidates with specialized robotics and AI experience and partner with engineering and product leadership to refine roles and goals. We seek a data-driven recruiter who delivers a high-touch interview journey and reduces time-to-hire in a competitive

What you’ll do

• Drive Full-Cycle Recruiting: Lead end-to-end recruitment across Autonomous Vehicles, Transportation, Engineering, and Product Management functions—from sourcing to closing top-tier talent.
• Build Specialized Talent Pipelines: Proactively source passive candidates with specialized experience in robotics, deep learning, AV software stack, and mobility hardware.
• Partner with Hiring Leaders: Collaborate directly with engineering and product leadership in San Francisco to scope critical roles, refine technical requirements, and align hiring goals.
• Manage Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-touch, transparent interview journey that reflects our company culture and technical vision.
• Analyze & Iterate: Use data and candidate pipeline metrics to optimize search strategies and reduce time-to-hire in a highly competitive market.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ Years of Technical Recruiting: Proven experience sourcing and closing talent across software, hardware, or product management roles (AV, robotics, or mobility sector experience strongly preferred).
• Deep Technical Understanding: Ability to speak fluidly with engineers and PMs about complex domain challenges in autonomous systems and transport tech.
• San Francisco Bay Area Market Expertise: Established network and strong understanding of the local Bay Area tech talent landscape.
• Creative Sourcing Capability: Track record of leveraging non-traditional candidate channels to engage hard-to-find passive talent.
• Data-Driven & Collaborative Mindset: Analytical approach to recruitment metrics paired with strong communication skills to advise hiring managers effectively.

What else you need to know

This role is based in our San Francisco office location. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. We’re constantly reimagining our industry, creating new products, and refining our processes, and we do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.

The base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $170,000 per year.

Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards.
