Job summary

Employer.com is seeking an experienced technical recruiter for a four-month engagement to own full-cycle recruiting for IT roles at every level, with a focus on application architecture, Salesforce, and platform engineering. Location: US remote; contract: 4 months.

Job Description

• Location: US remote
• Contract: 4 months

This is a four-month contract engagement supporting our large enterprise client who is in the beverage industry. You will own full-cycle recruiting for technology roles at every level, from analyst and engineer through senior leadership and VP. Searches will focus mainly on application architecture, Salesforce (salesforce.com) and platform engineering.

Day to day, you will:

• Run intake meetings with hiring managers and IT leaders.
• Build sourcing strategies for niche technical skill sets.
• Screen candidates for technical fit.
• Manage candidates through interviews, offers and close.

You will need to engage passive talent, calibrate hiring managers with market data, and handle a mix of individual-contributor and executive-level searches at the same time.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting, with a demonstrated focus on IT and enterprise technology roles
• Proven experience recruiting for application architecture, Salesforce (developers, architects, admins, CPQ or Service Cloud), and platform or cloud engineering roles
• Experience recruiting across levels, from analyst and individual contributor to Director and VP
• Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search and passive-candidate outreach
• Ability to understand technical requirements and assess candidates against them
• Experience partnering with and advising senior IT leaders and executives
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Proficiency with an enterprise ATS

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior in-house or RPO experience supporting a large enterprise or CPG/consumer goods company
• Experience recruiting for enterprise application environments (Salesforce, SAP, integration and middleware)
• Executive search or VP-level technology hiring experience
