Job summary

Job Mobz is seeking a seasoned technical recruiter for a four-month contract supporting a large enterprise beverage client. This US-remote engagement will involve coordinating intake with hiring managers and IT leaders to align on role requirements.

You will build sourcing strategies for niche tech skills, screen for technical fit, and shepherd candidates through interviews, offers, and close, while engaging passive talent and sharing market data with senior IT leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting
• Experience with enterprise IT roles incl. Salesforce, SAP, cloud
• Experience recruiting across levels from analyst to VP
• Strong sourcing and passive candidate outreach
• Experience partnering with IT leaders and executives

Responsibilities

• Run intake meetings with hiring managers and IT leaders
