Experis is seeking a Solutions Architect Recruiter II to support our commercial sector in Seattle. This onsite role focuses on identifying and recruiting Solution Architects, leveraging LinkedIn, ATS and creative outreach to fill complex requisitions.

You'll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to shape job descriptions, engage candidates, and build a robust talent pipeline through referrals, events, and conferences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years technical recruiting in corporate or RPO, high-touch Executive searches.
• Experience recruiting Solution Architects in commercial or public sectors
• CLEARED search experience is highly desired
• Strong sourcing and passive engagement across multiple requisitions
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong time management
• Data-driven recruiting with benchmarks and metrics tracking
• Familiar with LinkedIn and ATS platforms

Job Details

• Job Title: Solutions Architect Recruiter II
• Location: Seattle, WA (Fully Onsite)
• Pay Range: $45-48/hr.
• Duration: 11-month contract with the potential for hire/extension
• Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm (flexible)

What's the Job?

• Identify and recruit Solution Architects across the commercial and public sector
• Leverage multiple sourcing methodologies, including LinkedIn, HIRE ATS, and creative outreach strategies, to identify and engage qualified candidates for complex requisitions
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies that increase lead volume and monitor external talent pipelines and market trends
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to build long-term candidate networks and influence best practices around job descriptions and messaging
• Create exceptional candidate experiences by providing timely communication and personalized engagement throughout the recruitment process
• Own and manage recruiting programs such as referral drives, networking events, and conference engagement to strengthen the talent pipeline

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within corporate or RPO staffing environments with a focus on recruiting Executive level/high touch candidates
• Past experience recruiting for Solution Architects in either commercial or public sectors
• Experience supporting CLEARED searched highly desired
• Strong sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills with experience managing multiple requisitions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Experience with data-driven recruitment practices, including setting benchmarks and tracking metrics
• Knowledge of talent acquisition tools and platforms, such as LinkedIn and ATS systems
