Apex Systems is seeking a Recruiter II - Technical to support the Talent Acquisition team in North Reading, MA. This 5-month contract role focuses on sourcing and recruiting for highly technical roles in AI, ML, robotics, and related fields.

Qualifications

Sourcing and recruiting experience in specialized tech domains.
Experience recruiting for SDEs, HDEs, or Scientists.
End-to-end project management and data tracking capabilities.
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in recruiting preferred.

Responsibilities

Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees.
Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.
May lead and direct the work of others.
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
