Job summary

GCS Recruitment is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support Telco and Broadcast staffing, leveraging candidate networks, recruiting tools, and consultative interviewing. The role focuses on sourcing, qualifying, and presenting top talent for major industry players in telecom and media.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days in-office in Orlando and 2 days remote, a base salary range, uncapped commission, 401(k), PTO, and ongoing career coaching and mentorship.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and qualify technical candidates across telecom, broadcast, and media sectors.
• Build strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referrals.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding.
