IdeaTek is seeking an ambitious recruiter to grow our talent acquisition capabilities in a hybrid role across Buhler, KS, Wichita, KS, and remote work. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for several departments, leveraging LinkedIn, Indeed, and telecom networks to build strong candidate pipelines.

You will lead offers and negotiate with top talent, partnering with department heads to forecast headcount and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth or tech environments.
• Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (Paylocity) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions with tailored approaches.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and manage candidate pipelines.
• Lead offers, conduct negotiations, and ensure a strong candidate experience.
