HTC Global Services is recruiting a Full-Desk Recruiter/Account Manager to support our strategic account in Orlando, Florida. You will source and recruit top technology talent, manage candidate pipelines, and build trusted partnerships with hiring managers to drive client success.

This client-facing role emphasizes onsite engagement with clients and candidates, delivering an exceptional experience while aligning talent strategy with business goals and growth within the account.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of recruiting experience in technology staffing or professional services.
• Experience sourcing technical talent across Digital, Data, Cloud, Infrastructure, ERP, SaaS.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS/CRM systems, and modern sourcing tools.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding and post-placement support.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, hiring managers, candidates, and consultants via onsite engagement.
• Partner with clients to understand hiring priorities and market compensation trends.
• Develop talent pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and sourcing tools.
• Support account growth by identifying hiring needs and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with recruiting, delivery, and practice teams to deliver high-quality talent solutions.
• Maintain accurate ATS/CRM records and recruiting metrics.
• Deliver an exceptional experience for clients and candidates throughout the process.
