Location: Orlando, FL (Remote to start, will be Hybrid 2 days in office in Mid 2026)

Role Description

As a pivotal member of our team, you will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and securing technical professionals for our clients. Your responsibilities include:

Utilizing various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to identify highly skilled technical candidates.
Conducting thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Presenting well-matched candidates to clients and facilitating the interview and hiring process.
Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified technical candidates for current and future roles.
Proactively networking and engaging with potential candidates to understand their career goals and aspirations.
Contributing your skills and expertise while enjoying a dynamic and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, or in a similar role, with a focus on IT, software development, or related technical fields.
Agency experience is a must have ***
Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills ensure clear and effective interaction across diverse audiences.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking systems (Bullhorn preferred) and other recruiting tools.
Bachelor's Degree required.
