Job summary

GCS Recruitment is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support Telco and Broadcast staffing, leveraging candidate networks, recruiting tools, and consultative interviewing. The role focuses on sourcing, qualifying, and presenting top talent for major industry players in telecom and media.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with 3 days in-office in Orlando and 2 days remote, a base salary range, uncapped commission, 401(k), PTO, and ongoing career coaching and mentorship.

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house).
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Source, screen, and qualify technical candidates across telecom, broadcast, and media sectors
• Build strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, and referrals
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: from sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding
• Partner with Account Managers/BD Executives to understand client needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies
• Conduct in-depth interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and career motivations
• Maintain accurate candidate records, update CRM/ATS systems, and track recruitment KPIs
• Provide a consultative experience for candidates, guiding them through the process and positioning GCS as a trusted partner
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor movements, and talent shifts in the telco/broadcast industry

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with resilience to thrive in a performance-led culture

• Base Salary: $45,000-$65,000 (experience based)
• Commission: Uncapped, with high earning potential tied to placements
• Hybrid Flexibility: 3 days onsite in Orlando, 2 days remote (remote optional for the right candidate)
