Peak Performers in Austin, Texas, is hiring a full-time Recruiter for a hybrid role at our HQ. You will lead full-cycle recruitment for IT, office, and life sciences contract positions, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.

You’ll grow candidate relationships, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and maintain an exceptional candidate experience while tracking recruiting metrics to improve outcomes.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of recruiting in a staffing agency.
• Proven ability to source and attract top-tier technical talent.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, languages, and trends.
• Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
• Able to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
