The role involves managing full lifecycle recruitment, sourcing top candidates, outbound outreach, and close collaboration with account managers to place professionals with our clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various positions, aiding clients in finding, hiring, and retaining top talent.
• Employ innovative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates aligned with our supported skillsets.
• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to engage with potential candidates.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals to gain market intelligence.
• Work closely with account managers to submit candidates for client placements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process and entire employment period.
