Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR Military experience OR Associates Degree and at least 3 years of professional experience OR 4 years of professional experience in a customer facing role.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Recruit top IT consultants and act as main point of contact throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain relationships with consultants and match them with opportunities.
• Understand clients’ business and IT initiatives to align consultants’ goals with hiring needs.
