Astranis is seeking a Technical Recruiter for a fixed-term role until January 31, 2027, based in San Francisco. You will own full-cycle recruitment, build relationships with teams, and deliver an outstanding candidate journey while promoting the company culture.

The role offers full benefits and a strong compensation package including equity. This position requires 2-6 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced tech environment, with a proven record in hardware or software engineering

Qualifications

• 2-6 years experience as a recruiter at a fast paced, high growth technology company.
• Must have a proven record of recruiting top talent for hardware or software engineering.
• Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline.
• Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fields.

Responsibilities

• Recruit top-tier engineering and business talent at a rapidly-growing company.
• Provide a great candidate experience throughout every step of the interview process.
• Screen applicants, coordinate onsite interviews, and conduct reference checks.
• Build strong pipelines and proactively source passive candidates.
• Manage and expand our diversity and inclusion initiative.
• Collect and analyze data on our recruiting funnel, and make recommendations about how to improve our processes.
