Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Technical Recruiter for SG&A to partner with client groups across IT, InfoSec, and support functions. You will own end-to-end recruiting, screen and source candidates, and guide hires through offers and onboarding in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work closely with SpaceX’s internal clients, provide thoughtful candidate experiences, and sometimes coordinate onsite tours and interviews. Onsite in Cape Canaveral, FL with ITAR alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or 2+ years experience with equivalent credentials.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience or 3+ years of professional recruiting experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, hiring strategy and interview feedback.
• Screen candidates who apply to requisitions and source stellar candidates.
• Discuss screened candidates with client groups and recommend top candidates for interviews.
• Give tours to candidates before onsite visits and coordinate candidate experiences.
• Attend interviews with client groups to evaluate candidates.
• Manage the offer process, background checks, and extending offer letters.
