Job summary

SpaceX in Cape Canaveral, FL is seeking a Technical Recruiter for SG&A to manage full-desk recruitment across IT, InfoSec, EH&S, and more. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates, partnering with client groups to fill mission-critical roles in a fast-paced environment.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, from headcount discussions to offers, while representing SpaceX with professionalism and initiative. On-site, full-time position requiring extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or associate degree with experience, or 3+ years recruiting experience.
• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for IT, InfoSec, materials engineering, software engineering, EH&S, construction or physical security.
• Experience with in-house and high-volume recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, strategy and feedback.
• Screen and source candidates, discuss with clients and recommend for interviews.
• Give tours to candidates and attend interviews with client groups.
• Manage offers, background checks, and extend offers.
