Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Technical Recruiter for SG&A to manage full lifecycle recruiting across corporate functions including IT, InfoSec, EHS, Security, and construction. You will partner with hiring managers, screen and source top candidates, and drive the offer process with a fast-paced, high-volume approach.

The role involves tours, interviews, and collaboration with multiple client groups, with a focus on delivering strong talent pipelines in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years in recruiting, or 2+ years with an associate degree, or 3+ years’ recruiter experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with full lifecycle recruiting and partnering with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Meet with client groups to discuss headcount, requisitions, strategy, and feedback.
• Screen candidates and source potential hires.
• Coordinate candidate tours and onsite visits.
• Lead interview processes with client groups and participate in offer negotiations and background checks.
