Job summary

Appsierra Group is seeking an experienced Recruiter for a fully remote, full-time position in the U.S. You will identify, engage, and move high-quality candidates through the recruitment process, building strong pipelines and delivering outcomes for hiring managers.

You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment with independence in a fast-paced startup environment, leveraging data to improve sourcing and hiring strategies, while aligning with organizational values and culture.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of recruitment or headhunting experience.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates through multiple platforms and channels.
• Strong recruitment pipeline management skills.
• Ability to assess candidate quality and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of the U.S. employment market and talent trends.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through multiple channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with hiring requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
• Source passive candidates through professional networks and platforms.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand evolving recruitment needs.
• Maintain candidate quality and strong stakeholder communication throughout the process.
• Use recruitment data to evaluate and improve sourcing strategies.
• Conduct proactive talent market mapping and benchmarking.
• Manage multiple requisitions and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a strong candidate experience throughout the process.
• Represent organizational values and culture when engaging with candidates.
• Work independently while maintaining activity, pipeline progress, and deliverables.
