Job summary

Sierra in San Francisco is seeking a full-cycle recruiter to own the recruiting process and deliver a high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of recruiting experience, particularly within a fast-paced tech environment, and will develop sourcing strategies to attract technical talent.

This role emphasizes collaboration across functions and requires the ability to adapt to an evolving organization. Please note, this is a 12-month contract position.

Job description

• Own the full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting processes in a fast paced environment , delivering a high-quality experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
• Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor to define role requirements, develop compelling position profiles, and align on hiring priorities and timelines
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels (LinkedIn, referrals, communities, events, etc.) to attract both active and passive technical talent
• Proactively identify, engage, and close top technical candidates in a competitive market
• Manage and continuously optimize the interview process, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and equitable hiring practices
• Track, analyze, and report on key recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate experience) and share insights with hiring managers and Sierra leadership on a regular cadence
