Job summary

Tive Inc. in Boston is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle—from proactive sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.

You will partner with hiring managers as a data-driven trusted advisor to design hiring strategies and build strong pipelines across startup, SaaS, and hardware environments. This role focuses on scaling recruiting processes, tracking metrics, and representing Tive at events to strengthen our employer brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles in high-growth SaaS or hardware environments.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other outbound channels.
• Proven ability to influence hiring decisions with data.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through close, including proactive outreach, candidate screening, interview management, offer negotiation, and acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, role requirements, interview processes, and talent profiles.
• Own and maintain headcount plans with People, Finance, and business leaders to track priorities and progress against plan.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and talent pipelines for critical roles in competitive markets.
• Drive hiring processes from kickoff to close with high standards and timely feedback.
