Job summary

Agile Defense, Inc. seeks a Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for technical and cleared roles in the Fort Huachuca region. You will manage a steady caseload, build strong relationships with hiring managers, and leverage AI tools to widen candidate pipelines while ensuring compliance.

The role develops toward portfolio ownership with increased senior-stakeholder responsibility and mentorship over time, reporting to the VP of Talent Acquisition. Hybrid on-site support included.

Qualifications

• Independently run full-cycle recruiting across technical/cleared roles.
• Knowledge of the federal clearance process up to Top Secret/SCI and polygraph.
• Build trusted working relationships with hiring managers.
• Propose improvements beyond your own req load.
• Use AI tools to improve efficiency while protecting candidate experience.
• Actively improve diverse candidate pipelines with concrete actions.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruiting for technical and cleared positions.
• Manage a caseload of requisitions in the Ft. Huachuca area.
• Collaborate with DoD, Federal Civil, Homeland Security clients.
• Maintain compliance and recruitment documentation.
• Lead at least one small project per year beyond your own requirements.
