Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for cleared programs nationwide. You will partner with program managers, senior leadership, and capture teams to identify and secure cleared talent, from sourcing to onboarding, across multiple geographies.

The role emphasizes DoD/National Security recruitment, clearance processing knowledge, and compliance within ATS. You will contribute to labor market insights, workforce planning, and high-visibility hiring

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 3+ years recruiting within DoD, Federal, or National Security environments.
• Experience recruiting cleared candidates (Secret to TS/SCI).
• Knowledge of clearance processing, reciprocity, and crossover procedures.
• Experience with government contract staffing, labor categories, and contingent hiring.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions across programs and locations.
• Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proposal and capture recruiting experience.
• Small business government contractor experience.
• Familiarity with FAR, SCA, wage determinations, and federal contractor compliance.
• GovWin CRM experience.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or related certification.
• Veteran and transitioning military recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for cleared programs nationwide.
• Coordinate offer development and onboarding support.
• Manage labor category alignment and clearance verification.
• Maintain compliance within ATS systems and staffing processes.
• Support proposal and capture efforts by building talent pipelines.
• Track recruiting metrics and advise leadership on labor market trends.
• Represent the organization at hiring events and industry forums.
