Job summary

Astranis is expanding its Talent Acquisition team and seeks a Technical Recruiter to own full cycle recruitment. You will build internal relationships to improve hiring processes and deliver an out-of-this-world candidate journey for prospective employees.

You will source, advise, close, and be the living representative of our culture. Responsibilities include screening, coordinating interviews, and expanding pipelines while maintaining a strong focus on diversity and data-driven hiring

Qualifications

• 2–6 years experience as a recruiter at a fast paced, high growth tech company.
• Proven record of recruiting top talent for hardware or software engineering.
• Ability to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Recruit top-tier engineering and business talent for a rapidly growing company.
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the interview process.
• Screen applicants, coordinate onsite interviews, and conduct references.
• Build strong pipelines and proactively source passive candidates.
• Manage and expand diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Collect and analyze recruiting funnel data and suggest process improvements.
