Job summary

Astranis Space Technologies Corp. in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full cycle recruitment for engineering teams and to deliver an outstanding candidate journey.

You will source top talent, build scalable sourcing methods, mentor teammates, and analyze recruiting data to improve processes while promoting diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience as a technical recruiter at a fast paced, high growth technology company.
• Must have a proven record of recruiting top talent for software or hardware focussed.
• Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipeline.
• Ability to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness.
• Creative candidate sourcing techniques and data driven decision making.
• Exceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on task.

Senior Technical Recruiter

Astranis builds advanced satellites for high orbits, expanding humanity's reach into the solar system. Today, Astranis satellites provide dedicated, secure networks to highly-sophisticated customers across the globe—large enterprises, sovereign governments, and the US military. With five satellites on orbit and many more set to launch soon, the company is servicing a backlog of more than $1 billion of commercial contracts.

Our Talent Acquisition team is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter that will own full cycle recruitment and deliver an 'out of this world' candidate journey/experience. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will own the recruitment process and optimize hiring for specific engineering departments.

Ideally you are a self-starter that is capable, motivated, and highly passionate about building organization.

Base pay is just one component of Astranis's total rewards package. Base Salary: $110,000 - $155,000 USD
