CMT Technical Services (CMT) is seeking a recruiter to join our HR team in filling technical, administrative, and management staffing needs across CMT's offices. You will collaborate with local operational managers and senior management to source, screen, and place qualified candidates.

The role requires coordinating interviews, validating certifications, and maintaining hiring data. You will engage with online platforms and community networks to support CMT's recruiting initiatives.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in HR, business, engineering, construction management or related field.
5 years of recruiting experience with emphasis in geotechnical engineering or related industries.
Familiarity with online recruiting tools and social media.
Strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
Ability to coordinate interviews across multiple locations.
