Job summary

Tectonic Engineering is seeking a full-time Recruiter to source and hire candidates nationwide for current and upcoming positions. Experience in the A/E/C or technical fields is a plus. You will engage candidates, build a diverse pipeline, and partner with hiring managers to deliver a thoughtful candidate experience.

The ideal candidate is resilient, proactive, and able to manage high-volume recruiting while maintaining confidentiality and strong communication throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant recruiting experience; A/E/C industry a plus.
• Understanding of construction management, inspection, and engineering consulting roles preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong computer skills and effective interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and hire exceptional technical talent for current and upcoming positions nationwide.
• Develop sourcing strategies and build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Screen resumes and candidates to determine fit for roles.
• Maintain candidate database and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Manage high-volume recruiting with professionalism and efficiency.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand needs and timelines.
