Job summary

Zenos is a highly funded AI and robotics startup seeking a Technical Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process for engineering roles. This on-site role in San Mateo requires sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and building talent pipelines to support rapid growth.

You will partner with leadership to understand hiring needs, refine recruiting strategies, manage candidate communications, and contribute to employer branding using data-driven processes in a fast-paced startup

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for engineering, AI, robotics, or related technical roles.
• Strong communication and brand representation skills.
• Experience in high-growth startup or fast-paced tech environments.
• Ability to build and manage talent pipelines using ATS and sourcing tools.
