Job summary

Zenos is a highly funded AI and robotics startup seeking a Technical Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process for engineering roles. This on-site role in San Mateo requires sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and building talent pipelines to support rapid growth.

You will partner with leadership to understand hiring needs, refine recruiting strategies, manage candidate communications, and contribute to employer branding using data-driven processes in a fast-paced startup

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Technical Recruiter role is based in the San Mateo. The Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process for technical and engineering positions, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring teams. The role will involve building and maintaining talent pipelines, partnering closely with leadership to understand hiring needs, and refining recruiting strategies for a fast-scaling AI and robotics startup. The Technical Recruiter will also support employer branding initiatives, manage candidate communication and experience, and ensure a structured, data-informed recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred.
