Job summary

Zenos is a fast-growing AI/robotics startup redefining productivity at the intersection of software and hardware. We are building a lean, high-impact recruiting function with a focus on early-stage scaling and measurable outcomes.

This role is the first recruiting team member, responsible for end-to-end sourcing, assessment, and hiring for pivotal positions. You will own the recruiting funnel, partner closely with engineering and product leaders, and help shape the organization from ground up

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional experience in tech companies, especially at an early stage.
• A technical background to enable effective communication with our target candidates.
• Bonus: experience functioning as a player-coach, building out a recruiting organization while also owning individual work streams.

The role

This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, operates independently, and likes working on interesting and varied problems. You would be the first member of our recruiting team, helping to build the organization from the ground up, and fulfilling a key function that will enable Zenos to grow.
