Exiger seeks a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across Product, Technology, and Government Delivery teams in a hybrid McLean/Richmond, VA environment.

You will own searches end-to-end, from intake to offer, leveraging outbound sourcing, market insight, and AI-driven tools to improve quality and speed of hires. Collaboration with managers, HR, and Talent Acquisition is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Three+ years of technical recruiting experience in-house/agency.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across Product, Technology, and Government Delivery.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview plans.
• Build pipelines via research, LinkedIn, referrals, and outreach to passive candidates.
• Develop sourcing strategies for government-facing roles with security clearances.
• Conduct candidate screens evaluating experience, technical fluency, and fit with Exiger.
• Coordinate interviews, funnel scorecards, and manage offers/onboarding.
• Assist with AI-driven assessments and ensure alignment with role requirements.
