Job summary

Exiger is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support hiring across our Product, Technology, and Government Delivery teams, including software and AI engineers, infrastructure specialists, solutions engineers, and program managers. You will own searches from intake through offer and onboarding, with strong outbound sourcing, market insight, and the ability to guide hiring decisions as business needs evolve.

Qualifications

• At least three years of technical recruiting experience in-house, agency, or both.
• Experience recruiting AI, software engineering, data, infrastructure, or related technical talent.
• Experience using an applicant tracking system; Greenhouse preferred.
• Experience recruiting Product, Technical Delivery, and Public Sector talent preferred.
• Experience with technical assessments or early-career programs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across Product, Technology, and Government Delivery.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview plans.
• Build pipelines through research, LinkedIn, referrals, and outreach.
• Develop sourcing strategies for government-facing roles with security clearances.
• Conduct candidate screens assessing experience, technical fluency, and motivation.
• Coordinate interviews, manage offers, and support onboarding handoffs.
• Help implement technical assessments via Karat and HackerRank.
• Apply AI and automation to sourcing and recruiting workflows.
• Maintain Greenhouse records and track recruiting metrics.
• Support internship and early-talent programs.
