Job summary

Range, headquartered in McLean, VA, is hiring a Technical Recruiter to own hiring across engineering, product, and design. You will partner with leadership to understand requirements, craft scouting strategies, and attract world-class technical talent.

This in-office role requires relocation willingness for non-local candidates. You will drive full-cycle recruiting, shaping interview processes, and building pipelines while delivering an excellent candidate experience and measuring recruiting

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on technical roles.
• Proven ability to hire top technical talent in competitive markets.
• Advanced sourcing skills, including building pipelines of passive candidates.
• Experience recruiting in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and design roles—from sourcing through offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, design interview processes, and meet hiring goals.
• Source and engage top technical talent through targeted outreach, referrals, and creative strategies.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience, ensuring clear communication and thoughtful engagement at every stage.
• Maintain and share recruiting metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and leadership, serving as a consultative partner on technical talent trends and strategies.
