Job summary

SEACORP is seeking a technical recruiter to act as the central clearinghouse for all Software Engineering and Developer talent acquisition. They will source candidates, assess eligibility, and partner with hiring managers to understand program needs.

Based in Middletown, RI, the role requires 3+ years recruiting software engineers, U.S. Citizenship, and strong relationship-building across technical and administrative teams.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED required; any degree related to engineering or software development is nice to have.
• Experience: 3+ years recruiting software engineers and developers.

Responsibilities

• Continuously engage Business Area Managers and other hiring managers to build knowledge of the business and talent needs.
• Prescreen software engineer or developer candidates to assess eligibility and fit.
• Source candidates using various channels and maintain connections with passive candidates.
• Manage candidate relationships and stand-up new pipelines as needed.
• Provide feedback to internal partners and drive interviewing, selection, and offers.
• Advocate for equal employment opportunity in all hiring activities.
