Vice President of Executive Search at SBT

SBT's Executive Search Associates are critical in executing all facets of the executive recruiting business lifecycle, from candidate identification to placement to new Business Development. Working closely with the firm's principals and connecting with team members across all levels of the Search team, Associates learn through hands-on experience and receive world-class training and mentorship in an apprenticeship-like model.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate-oriented and Business Development-Minded – exceptional sales, research, and networking skills, quickly learn and utilize our proactive identification of active/passive talent and full life cycle recruiting engagement process for the best candidate experience
• Be a talent and account development magnet – think inclusively, create diverse candidate pipelines, and build talent pipelines to attract passive talent
• Build intellectual capital in the tech industry, developing your knowledge
• Work directly with SBT leadership on research strategies, actively taking part in business development and client retention
• Ability to take ownership of the entire recruiting process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required if demonstarted experience in sales, account management, or business development.

• Desire to get on the phone and learn!
• Excellent interpersonal skills, building authentic and long-lasting partnerships
