Job summary

Howmet Aerospace is seeking a Sr. Manager, Recruitment Operations to optimize talent acquisition performance for high-volume hourly and salaried roles.

This individual contributor will drive KPI reporting, standardized workflows, and cost-efficient hiring while partnering with HR, recruiters, and external vendors. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, Talent Operations, or recruitment operations.
• Experience with ATS and reporting tools; data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor Talent Acquisition KPIs and analyze data to identify trends.
• Standardize workflows, templates, and recruitment processes across the org.
• Collaborate with recruiters, HR, leadership, and external vendors to drive improvements.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and measure outcomes.
• Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies to strengthen employer brand.
