PPS Services Group Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter to drive talent acquisition for engineering and design projects in power generation and industrial sectors.

You will manage job descriptions, postings, candidate outreach, interview coordination, and collaboration with hiring managers. Based in Midtown Kansas City, this in-office role requires 32 hours per week across four days, with core hours 9am–3pm.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience in technical engineering and design related to power and industrial projects.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting technical talent using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong candidate outreach, pipeline development, and requisition management.
• Experience writing and refining technical job descriptions with hiring managers.

Aufgaben

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, position scope, and qualifications.
• Draft and maintain clear, accurate job descriptions for engineering and design positions and internships.
• Post and manage open positions on the PPS website and LinkedIn.
• Proactively source engineering and design talent using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Build PPS talent network and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Develop and send personalized outreach and manage follow-up.
• Screen candidates for experience and qualifications.
• Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews with candidates and teams.
• Maintain organized candidate and requisition records across the process.
• Collaborate with external recruiting agencies to fill roles and communicate with managers and candidates.
• Provide timely updates on recruiting activity and pipelines.
