Dexian, a leading talent and technology solutions provider, is seeking a Recruiter II to manage back-office direct sourcing and fulfillment. The role emphasizes cost savings and efficiency for non-exempt and entry-level positions, with a focus on building strong partnerships to support staffing objectives.

You will screen resumes, conduct Boolean searches, and leverage Excel and PowerPoint to organize data and present findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Progressive experience in technical recruiting.
• Knowledge of technical and legal aspects of HR.
• Ability to conduct Boolean searches and data mining.
• Proficient in keyword search techniques.
• Familiarity with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Execute back-office sourcing and fulfillment activities using direct market strategies.
• Focus on non-exempt or entry-level positions to optimize cost and efficiency.
• Develop and nurture partnerships to support staffing needs.
• Utilize data mining, Boolean search techniques, and keyword searches to identify qualified candidates.
• Screen resumes and manage candidate pipelines.
• Leverage MS Office tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint, to support recruitment activities.
