Job summary

Dexian is seeking a dynamic Recruiter to proactively source, assess, and recruit top talent for Corporate Functions in a fast-paced environment. You will manage multiple requisitions, partner with hiring managers, and implement strategies to improve time-to-fill and quality of hire.

Ideal candidates bring experience in high-volume corporate recruiting, strong stakeholder management, and a data-driven approach, with a preference for familiarity with banking roles and Workday ATS.

• Responsible for supporting business objectives through proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent for positions, with limited assistance from outside agencies.
• Identifies candidates using a variety of sources and techniques while knowing the best channels to find and reach candidates in diverse talent pools. Drives recruiting process in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Demonstrates a proven commitment to provide a diverse talent pool, a positive experience for the hiring manager and candidate.
• Responsible for supporting business objectives through proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent for high-volume roles within Corporate Functions.
• This role partners closely with hiring managers and recruiting team members to deliver an efficient, scalable hiring process that meets business demands while maintaining a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.
• The Recruiter operates in a fast-paced, balancing multiple requisitions and priorities while ensuring alignment with business timelines, compliance requirements, and workforce strategies.
• Proactively source, assess, and recruit candidates for Corporate Functions roles
• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple requisitions simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
• Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting team members to align on hiring strategies, workload distribution, and process efficiencies
• Identify and leverage diverse sourcing strategies to build strong and inclusive candidate pipelines
• Drive an efficient, streamlined hiring process that meets business needs while maintaining quality and compliance standards
• Utilize data, metrics, and market insights to inform recruiting strategies and improve outcomes
• Ensure a positive, high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to continuously improve recruiting processes and operational effectiveness
• Experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment, preferably supporting banking roles
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously
• Strong collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work as a team player and contribute to shared team goals
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Workday experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills
• Ability to analyze data, trends, and recruiting metrics to drive decision-making
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with strong stakeholder management capability
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering a diverse candidate slate and inclusive hiring practices
