Job summary

Antares is seeking a Technical Recruiter to identify, engage, and nurture top-tier technical talent for priority roles in a fast-growing startup. You will collaborate with hiring managers to refine requisitions, build robust pipelines, and drive hiring excellence across deep-tech disciplines.

You will work closely with leadership to optimize the recruiting process, scale the team, and contribute to building a mission-driven organization in a dynamic, onsite environment in Torrance, CA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical sourcing or full-cycle recruiting within aerospace or tech industries.
• Strong understanding of technical skills, terminology, and industry trends.
• Excellent market awareness of the technical hiring landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead kickoff meetings with Hiring Managers to define requisitions and hiring needs.
• Proactively source and engage passive technical talent for critical roles.
• Serve as liaison between talent acquisition and hiring teams to shape role profiles.
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience while maintaining a strong pipeline.
• Pitch the team and mission to attract top talent across disciplines.
• Build talent maps and market insights to inform engagement strategies.
• Collaborate on employer branding campaigns with the team.
• Analyze metrics and innovate to raise recruiting standards.
