Turion Space seeks a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead hands-on, full-cycle hiring for technical roles.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, with a primary focus on engineering
- Source hard-to-reach, top-tier talent using creative outbound strategies and ongoing network-building
- Build structured interview plans and provide tools that enable consistent candidate evaluation
- Lead hiring debriefs and collaborate with hiring managers to reach data-informed decisions quickly
- Guide candidates through each stage with clarity, professionalism, and a strong focus on candidate experience
- Develop and deliver compelling offers, including compensation and equity discussions
- Maintain accurate data and detailed documentation in the Ashby ATS
- Iterate on recruiting processes to improve speed, quality, and candidate experience
- Manage contractor hiring requests: coordinate requisitions through start date in addition to full-time hiring
Requirements
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment
- Proven success sourcing and hiring for hard-to-fill technical roles
- Experience presenting and implementing new recruiting strategies and processes with business leadership
- Track record of building long-term relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requisitions and project work

- Experience in SaaS, aerospace, defense, automotive, or other hardware-heavy industries
- Comfort using alternative sourcing methods, including social media, networking, contract and patent scraping

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiringAction-oriented approach: identify potential bottlenecks and propose solutions
Salary
- $135,000 - $155,000 USD per year
