Job summary

AutoNation is hiring a Contract IT / Technical Corporate Recruiter to join our Corporate Talent Acquisition team in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. Lead full-cycle recruiting across IT, Technology, and Digital teams, building pipelines and managing 15–25 requisitions while partnering with leaders and HR.

Experience with Workday or similar ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRMs is required, with a track record of technical and corporate hiring.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or agency setting.
• Experience with ATS platforms (Workday preferred) and CRMs.
• Proven success recruiting for technical and corporate roles across functions.
• Ability to manage high requisition volume while maintaining quality and speed.
• Strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer negotiation skills.
