Responsibilities

• Partner with technical leaders to understand hiring requirements.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles including sourcing, assessment, closing, and candidate experience.
• Guide candidates with deep conviction on talent, motivations, and long-term goals.
• Maintain urgency while ensuring quality and judgment.
• Improve recruiting processes to increase signal, speed, and candidate quality.
• Leverage data to monitor hiring trends and ROI, and inform stakeholders.
