Responsibilities

• Work directly with technical leaders to understand hiring requirements for their team.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles: sourcing, assessment, closing, candidate experience.
• Build understanding of candidate motivations and decision drivers to guide top talent.
• Maintain urgency while preserving quality and judgement.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes for signal, speed, and quality.
• Leverage data to monitor hiring trends and ROI; keep stakeholders informed.
