• Familiarity with IT and software development roles.

Responsabilités

• Source candidates for software development, IT, engineering, and other technical roles.
• Review résumés and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to confirm experience, skills, and availability.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
• Use job boards, professional networks, and applicant tracking systems to identify talent.
• Provide recruitment updates and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
• Support offer coordination and onboarding activities as needed.
