Qualifications

• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates across diverse roles.
• Proficiency with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assess fit.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS and manage pipelines.
• Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment.
• Handle multiple requisitions with strong organization.
