Job summary

Venturi Astrolab, Inc. (Astrolab) is pioneering planetary rover exploration. We seek a motivated Technical Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and recruit across engineering, manufacturing, finance, operations, and other functions. This contract is up to 12 months with potential extension.

You will build pipelines, conduct interviews, coordinate offers, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in full-cycle recruiting for non-technical corporate roles.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience recruiting for manufacturing, finance, HR, operations, or corporate functions.
• Experience conducting candidate interviews and managing offers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent across non-technical functions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to assess fit and culture.
• Partner with hiring managers to define recruiting strategies and provide market insights.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain accurate ATS records.
• Promote employer brand through networking and recruiting events.
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP regulations and company policies.
