Venturi Astrolab, Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join the Recruiting team in Hawthorne, CA. You will partner with managers to recruit across manufacturing, finance, operations and other corporate functions in a fast-growing environment.

You will own full-cycle recruiting, build strong candidate pipelines, conduct interviews, and ensure a superior candidate experience while maintaining ATS records and compliance with OFCCP guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for non-technical corporate roles.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools.
• Proven ability to manage offers and conduct effective candidate interviews.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify talent across non-technical functions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through networking referrals and tools.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate qualifications and culture fit.
• Partner with hiring managers to define recruiting strategies and market insights.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake to onboarding.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the process.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and provide recruiting metrics and updates.
• Promote the employer brand through candidate interactions and events.
• Ensure compliance with OFCCP, EEO, and company policies.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting efficiency and quality.
