- 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in software and product engineering.
- Proactive sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and creative outreach.
- Experience recruiting across frontend, backend, cloud, and embedded tech domains.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer for specialized software roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract engineering talent.
- Screen candidates for technical fit and manage communications throughout interview lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate pipelines in the ATS and provide market insights.
